Pilot terms

SmokeOps supports inventory decisions; it does not replace operational judgment.

These website terms summarize pilot expectations. A signed pilot agreement controls if it conflicts with this page, and legal counsel should review these terms before broad commercial use.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for lawful account use, authorized staff access, opening-count accuracy, tablet scanning practices, receiving records, catalog decisions, periodic physical counts, and review of suggested mappings or recommendations. Complete POS exports are also required when the optional Sales Intelligence module is connected.

Estimates and recommendations

Inventory quantities, confidence ratings, and order suggestions are decision support. They may be wrong when scans are missed, products are mismatched, receiving is unrecorded, adjustments are omitted, or counts are stale. Users must review critical decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not upload payment-card secrets, access another customer’s workspace, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or use SmokeOps for unlawful activity. Accounts and service may be suspended to protect the platform or comply with law.

Commercial terms

Plan prices cover the published number of active locations. Setup, catalog cleanup, on-site counting, equipment, custom integrations, and data remediation are separate unless included in writing. Archived stores retain history but cannot be used as active locations.
